The Peace River Motocross Club was resurrected in 2010 from a few-year hiatus. Around 2011 we secured a 15-year lease on 40 acres north of Peace River from Northern Sunrise County to build a track.

The road into this lease was a swamp and we first had to build 1.6 km to gain entry. This was accomplished over the summer of 2013, in 2014 the track began to take shape. 2015 was our first year holding races in Peace River in more than a decade. 

 

The main track boasts a very free-flowing layout built by many local professional riders with lots of technical doubles, tabletops, and rollers with a clay base with sawdust mixed in. The 50cc track is for small bikes only and is for beginner or small bike riders.

We have around 70 members, our numbers have shown steady growth year over year.
