Refund and Cancellation Policy
Peace River Motocross Club is a non-profit organization committed to providing accessible and inclusive events for our community. Our refund and cancellation policy complies with Alberta’s consumer protection laws.

Refunds:

Refunds for events or services will be provided if the cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the event start time.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund, except in cases where Alberta or federal consumer protection laws require otherwise (e.g., unforeseen emergencies or service unavailability).

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of an approved cancellation request.

Fulfillment Policy
Upon successful registration and payment, participants will receive a confirmation email outlining event details, including the schedule, location, and any preparation requirements.

By participating in Peace River Motocross Club events, you agree to:

Allow the club to modify event details as necessary, with participants notified of significant changes in advance.
